From 1995 to 2002 Mgr. Pavla Krejčí operated in the Law Office JUDr. Libor Balabán. She gained experience in a wide range of legal disciplines there. Upon successful completion of Bar exams she based, together with her colleague, Law Office called "Law Office Červená a Krejčí". Her practice focuses mainly on real estate, corporate law, contractual business and civil law and other related fields.

Publications and Lectures:
Mgr. Pavla Krejčí regularly publishes in professional journals and in numerous publications. Her publication activities are mainly focused on corporate law and contractual business and civil law. She also acts as a leading author of an extensive publication regarding joint-stock companies called „The joint-stock company and its management“ published by Verlag Dashöfer Publisher and an electronic publication called „Corporate lawyer“ which is dedicated to contractual relationships. She is also a co-author of an electronic publication called „eVzory“ published in Czech and English vision, which deals with business law published by C.H.Beck Publisher. In addition, she regularly contributes to other specialized publications.

From 1993 to 1996 Mgr. Zuzana Červená acted as a research assistant at the Department of copyright of the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. In 1996, she studied EC Law (European Union law) at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in Great Britain. She obtained FCE and CAE certificates issued by the University of Cambridge. She speaks English.

Work experience:
From 1998 to 1999 she operated in the Law Office JUDr. Jaroslav Hlávka, then from 1999 to 2002 she operated in the Law Office JUDr. Libor Balabán. She gained experience in a wide range of legal disciplines there. Upon successful completion of Bar exams she based, together with her colleague, Law Office called "Law Office Červená a Krejčí". Her practice focuses mainly on copyright law, corporate law, family law, housing law, representation in litigation and other related fields.

Jana Řápková graduated at the Integrated high school, Prague 1, in 1996.

Since 1997 she has been working in a Law Office as a Legal assistant.

Mgr. Monika Skatulová took her Master of Law degree at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2008.

During her studies she practised at "Law Office Červená a Krejčí", since 2008 she has been working as a Junior Attorney at Law there.

Mgr. Tereza Konečná took her Master of Law degree at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2007.

Bc. Kateřina Šimůnková took her bachelor's degree at the University of West Bohemia, the field Public administration. At present, she is completing her Master's degree at the same University, the field Law.

Since 2008 she has been working in "Law Office Červená a Krejčí" as a Trainee lawyer.
