The law office is located in the centre of Prague, Újezd 46, Prague 1 providing for every convenience to our clients. Our law office is a medium-sized law office focusing on individual approach to each client. We are ready to provide legal assistance in a large spectrum of legislation both to legal entities, entrepreneurs and private individuals in order to provide the respective solution according to their current situation in field of civil, labour and business relationships and to represent them in proceedings. We co-operate with a real estate offices and we are specialized in a complete legal services in the field of real property assignment. As for criminal cases and administrative delicts we co-operate with a specialised law office.

Practical experience is further used in the theoretic-legal field because since 2004 our law office has been the main author of regularly updated publication "Akciová společnost a její řízení" (Joint Stock Company and Management) and since 2006 CD “Corporate Lawyer“ – for both: publishing company Verlag Dashofer. We also publish articles in other business and expert magazines and publications.

We also provide legal services in English. Among our clients belongs not only a several foreign companies but also some private individuals, mostly from English speaking countries. In addition, we are able to ensure for our legal services a participation of a professional translator for any world language.
